Phoebe is a beautiful little girl. Around eighteen months old, she was neutered and well-fed when found in Romania, but had patently been abandoned, as is often the case when cats are no longer fluffy little kittens. Very loving, Phoebe likes nothing more than to be stroked and carried. Lucky Phoebe is going to live with a wonderful family in north London, who will love her dearly, which is what she deserves.
